Today’s  Workout Is Squats Give It A Crack And Let Us Know How You Go

Today’s Workout in the Southern Boulder gym has  Squat Focous for the 4 video for my current program. There are 2 left(bench and Chins) in the program that will be going up over the next couple of weeks.

 



The Workout

Warm up
3 x 5 muscle ups and 1min skipping

Lifting

Back Squats
2x10  (around 30-40% for warm ups)
2X10
2-3x6-8

Front Squats
3x10-12 

Jumps

3x10

Only 2 weeks left of this split and I am super keen to move on to a split that allows for some more climbing
